History

In 1975, Minnie F. Branch began working with a personnel consulting firm in Raleigh, North Carolina at a time when the Executive Search industry was in its infancy in the Southeastern United States.  Ms. Branch established an Executive Recruiting Division for the Raleigh firm in 1977 and under her leadership led this division to become the major revenue producer of the corporation.

Search emphasis in the late 70's was in Data Communication Networking primarily within the IBM 3270 application world.  Just prior to divestiture of the Bell monopoly and two years after starting her own firm, Ms. Branch embraced the Voice Communication industry.

As the worlds of voice and data have merged to provide comprehensive communication services within a single network, the business of mf Branch Associates, Inc. has increased by 75% to 100% annually since 1985, placing our firm in the top echelon of Executive Search firms dedicated to Advanced Communications.
